This fits with my thinking lately, that I don’t want to be an expert in anything anymore. If anything I want to be an expert on change itself or human nature, but not any industry.
Industries change. Industries are at the mercy of human nature.

When you’ve done anything for a long period of time it’s difficult to acknowledge, accept, and then implement radical change. It has to happen incrementally.
